Extreme Cold: Organizations Where You Can Drop Off Your Donations

The call for generosity from the Mayor of Montréal has made a real difference. Many of you have contacted 211 to donate clothing and other items to help people who are vulnerable during extreme cold weather. THANK YOU. Please note that this has resulted in a higher-than-usual volume of calls, and you may experience some wait time when calling 211. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that 211 is not a donation drop-off centre. We refer you to organizations that have the capacity to receive your generous donations of clothing and other goods. We stay in constant contact with community partners to keep an updated list of resources that can assist you.
When making your donation, please ensure that the items you offer are clean and in good working condition. In addition to clothing, donations of hygiene products and underwear are also very useful and greatly appreciated.
