Covid-19: Open. They only accept people who are visually impaired or seniors who have reduced mobility, and all these people MUST have a referral from a health professional. Age is not a sufficient criteria to be accepted. Make the reservation as soon as possible. 03/08/2022

Eligibility

priority to people living with visual impairments, seniors with reduced mobility, who are referred by a health professional

Schedule

office: Monday to Friday 8h00 to 16h00, accompaniment: Monday to Friday 8h00 to 17h00

Fees

people living with a visual disability: membership: $20 per year, transportation: $0.53/km (minimum of 18 km), accompaniment: free, tip for the volunteer driver, people without a visual disability: membership: $50 per year, transportation: $0.53/km (minimum of 18 km), accompaniment: free, tip for the volunteer driver, costs for parking at the user's expenses

Application process

be a member, print the application form (available online) and have a health professional or the Institut Nazareth & Louis-Braille fill it, make an appointment by phone at least a week in advance, confirmation of the reservation no later than 13h00 the day before
