Promoting volunteer action and mutual aid in order to support people who have a disability, or who are experiencing a loss of autonomy, social isolation or family issues.

* Accompaniment-transportation.

* Help with filling out forms.

* Tax clinic.

* Light housework.

* Raising awareness about the mistreatment of seniors.
