Community outreach work for vulnerable seniors.

* Identification and accompaniment of vulnerable or fragile seniors in order to promote a connection or a reconnection to relevant resources in their community.

Eligibility

seniors 50 years and over, particularly seniors with a loss of autonomy

Schedule

administration: Monday to Friday 8h30 to 16h00

membership: $10 per year
