Service can be provided by telephone, envelope or in person. For people on a low income who live in Montreal Nord (postal codes beginning with H1H or H1G). An exception is made for immigrants living on the island of Montréal (a file must be opened and a meeting with a caseworker is mandatory). Certain conditions apply, depending on program requirements.
