Accordailles (Les) - Coopérégions
Accompaniment of seniors who live outside of Montréal and who need to travel to Montréal to receive health care.
- Help in planning the stay.
- Help in finding affordable housing for the stay.
- Accompaniment by a volunteer during the stay: welcome upon arrival, accompaniment to medical appointments, friendly visits, friendly calls, help with groceries.
Eligibility
people 50 years old and over who live outside of Montréal, who have a medical appointment in Montréal and who are planning to stay on the Plateau Mont-Royal or downtown territory
