Assembly composed of the Chiefs of the 43 First Nation communities in Québec and Labrador.

• Organization of regional meetings focused on the distribution of information and the sharing of good practices in housing management.
• Member of the Regional Tripartite Housing Committee: grouping of representatives from First Nations, Indigenous Services Canada and Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.
• Public security advisory committee.
• Consultation at the national level.
