Expertise on the laws regulating work in Québec for non-unionized workers.

* Free and confidential legal information by phone on rights and recourses concerning difficult situations at work.

* Training for community workers, community organizations and educational institutions on various aspects of labour law: labour standards, psychological and sexual harassment, employment agencies, etc.

* Free collective information meetings concerning CNESST complaints and mediation.

* Resources and tools available on the website.

* Collective actions to demand improvements in labour law and defend the working and living conditions.
