Empowering public safety personnel and their families who are dealing with operational stress injuries, post-traumatic stress or suicidal ideation to achieve a healthy living and post-traumatic growth.

* List of crisis resources and of therapists in Canada.

* Peer support meetings via Zoom.

* Trainings and conferences on prevention and on post-traumatic growth.
