Children and youth

* Extracurricular activities for youth: dance, arcade and video games, roller skates, cooking, do-it-yourself, soccer.

* Shack'Ados: recreational and sports activities.

* Psychomotricity workshops for children.

* Summer and winter camps.

* Animation in the parks. Seniors

* Social and recreational activities: chair and mat yoga, painting workshop, line dancing, Friday outings, pétanque atout, Zumba Gold, Taï Chi. Material assistance

* Bi-annual bazaar.

* Opération sous zéro: distribution of winter clothing. Income

* Tax clinic. Other

* Christmas baskets and children's Christmas party for families referred by the neighbourhood's schools.
