Food

* Community lunches aimed at breaking isolation.

* Meals on wheels. Home support

* SécuriCAB program: automatized calls to ensure the good health of the subscriber and callback service for medication intake.

* Outreach work initiative for seniors living in a vulnerable situation (ITMAV).

* Accompaniment-transportation to medical appointments and errands.

* Manual work service: door adjustment, shelf installation, installation of ergonomic accessories in the bathtub, etc.

* Moving assistance. Employment and administrative support

* Assistance with government forms and documents.

* Tax clinic. Community Action

* Lire et faire lire: intergenerational reading program in school by volunteer seniors.

* Volunteer support: welcoming, guidance and training.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 8h00 to 16h00

Fees

membership card: free, meals-on-wheels: $8, community meal: $10, accompaniment/transportation: $15 for 30km or less (plus parking fees), $0.50 per km for more than 30km (plus parking fees)
