Day centre.

* Phone and individual listening.

* Self-help and sharing group on recovery, weekly support groups for an autonomous management of medication (GAM).

* Apprivoiser les voix: support group for people suffering from auditory hallucinations.

* Apartment-based community support.

* Conferences, coffee-meetings, community dinners.

* Workshops on creation and expression, stress and daily management.

* Workshops on anxiety management.

* Workshops and activities exclusively for youth.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 13h00 to 20h00, support group: in the afternoon, leisure activities: in the evening
