Second-line addiction services.
- Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation of variable duration.
* Short-term inpatient rehabilitation for adults at head office (French only). * Long-term inpatient rehabilitation (20 weeks) and short-terms (30 days) for adults in collaboration with Domaine Perce-Neige and Portage. * Outpatient rehabilitation. * Day Center with thematic workshops (5 days a week, 2.5 hour workshops) (French only). * Detoxification (three levels). * Engagement group (8 sessions). * Social Reintegration. * OAT program (Opioid Agonist Therapy). * Services for loved ones.
Urgence-dépendance.
- Sobering up to 24-72h.
- Referral and help with procedures.
Eligibility
people 18 years and older with addiction (alcohol, drugs, gambling, UPI, medication), their loved ones, people on a drug substitution treatment, urgence-dépendance: adults in an crisis situation linked to the consumption of psychoactive substances, gambling or problematic use of the internet, with or without chronic profile, concomitant disorders or homelessness
