* Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation of variable duration. * Short-term inpatient rehabilitation for adults at head office (French only). * Long-term inpatient rehabilitation (20 weeks) and short-terms (30 days) for adults in collaboration with Domaine Perce-Neige and Portage. * Outpatient rehabilitation. * Day Center with thematic workshops (5 days a week, 2.5 hour workshops) (French only). * Detoxification (three levels). * Engagement group (8 sessions). * Social Reintegration. * OAT program (Opioid Agonist Therapy). * Services for loved ones.
