Second-line addiction services.
- Outpatient rehabilitation from 3 to 6 months (possibility of extension) for people 12 years and older: individual ou group.
- Referral to certified addiction accommodation resources for therapy related to gambling addictions.
- Referral to certified addiction accommodation resources for therapy related to psychoactive substances.
- Referral to certified addiction accomodation for minors.
- Outpatient medical detoxification.
- Short stay (7 days) in multifunctional beds (with active follow-ups with CRD).
- OAT Services ans TUO follow-up (Suboxone, Methadone, Sublocane).
- Social reintegration.
- Support to relatives for youth and adults.
Eligibility
people aged 12 and over dealing with addictions (alcohol, drugs, gambling, problematic Internet use), relatives, people with a sensory disability or on substitution program are welcomed
