* Addictions medicine service: medical assistance during withdrawal of alcohol, drugs or medication, treatment during hospitalization or outpatient consultation, short-term psychosocial follow-up.

* Quit smoking centre.

Details on the service offer

Désintoxication sur rendez-vous seulement (GHB et alcool seulement). Pour les désintoxication d'urgence, référer à l'hôpital le plus près. Pour les consommateurs de cannabis, cocaïne, amphétamines, méthamphétamine ou opioïdes, ils seront dirigés vers le CRD de leur région (ou le CRAN pour les consommateurs d'opioïdes situés à Montréal). Cependant pour les consommateurs d'opioïdes, ils peuvent avoir accès a un RDV sur consultation médicale de leurs médecin de famille.

Schedule

outpatient clinic: Monday to Friday 9h00 to 12h00 and 13h30 to 16h00, inpatient unit: 24 hours / 7 days, helpline for healthcare professionals: 24 hours / 7 days

free for outpatient services, hospitalization covered by RAMQ

detoxification: by appointment only (GHB and alcohol only), emergency detoxification: refer to the nearest hospita, for opioid users: access to an appointment for a medical consultation with their family doctor

Documents required

if patient refuses access to the Quebec health record must provide an exhaustive list of their medications
