Services

Accompaniment of future and new parents, from birth to their baby's first birthday.* Information, support and referral.* Les Mères-Veilleuses: support group for post-partum depression.* Relevailles à domicile: baby and child care, light housekeeping, support with overall organization, help with meal preparation, etc.* Prenatal meetings: pregnancy and parenthood, attachment, fetal development, breastfeeding and return to childhood, childbirth, pain, postnatal preparation.* Breastfeeding support.* First aid and CPR courses for babies and children.* Perinatal bereavement support group.* Rental of accessories: baby carriers, breast pumps, books and maternity clothes.* Thrift store and used goods recovery: maternity and nursing clothes, baby clothes, shoes and boots 0-2 years, washable diapers, play mats, bedding, ergonomic slings and carriers, accessories.* Parent-baby activities: a wide variety of activities, including special activities for fathers and their babies.* Rental of multi-purpose rooms.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 8h30 to 16h30, Saturday 9h00 to 16h00
