* Intervention for the loved ones of someone with a substance abuse problem. * Listening and support for parents, partners, friends, etc. * Individual and family intervention. * Programme Boussole: support, accompaniment and social reinsertion for addicts, in partnership with the Centre de Réadaptation en Dépendance de l'Outaouais (CRDO). * PATH-C Program: Hepatitis C Treatment Support Program, in partnership with the Centre de Réadaptation en Dépendance de l'Outaouais (CRDO). * Assessment of substance use. * Help with learning retention. * Youth prevention: transition from elementary to high school. * Referrals. * Awareness workshops provided in elementary schools, adult education, vocational training and community organizations. * Training provided. * Street work and Outreach. * Mobile Outreach Team. * Naloxone kit distribution. * Interventions during party settings. * Distribution and delivery of fentanyl test strips. * Substance analysis tools. * Mobile supervised consumption service (SCS).
- Distribution of new injection equipment to drug users (free service).
