COVID-19: To evenly distribute the requests and decongest the CLSCs, for any request regarding the Covid-19, refer to 514 253-1864. The COVID screening doesn't take place at the CLSC. Services are maintained by appointment. Blood tests and sampling services are redirected to the Rosemont CLSC. Health card renewal service and group activities are suspended. Youth clinic services are maintained and redirected to the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve CLSC. 17/06/2020 ****There are no geographic borders for emergencies. On the other hand, people seeking a specialized service must first contact the closest CLSC.
