* Information and referral to health and social services, community organizations, legal information, employability, etc.

* Programs, activities, conferences and workshops for all age groups.

* Outreach work initiative for seniors living in a vulnerable situation (ITMAV).

* Playgroup hosted at Cégep Heritage College.

* Online resource directories: seniors and caregivers, youth, women, men, families, people in vulnerable situations and families with a member living with a disability.

* Discussion and support groups: parents, youth, caregivers, men.

* Online documentation: articles and videos.

* Online anger management support group for men.
