Vaccination Covid-19: The centre offers information and support to seniors who want to book an appointment for vaccination and provides transportation on request in the form of cab tickets. A telephone reassurance service is available on the day of the vaccination and the following day. A vaccination information line is available (514 734-1411 #). The service can be offered in French, English, Russian, Yiddish and Hebrew. 04/03/2021 COVID-19: Community assistance line: 514 734-1411 or Ometz-Cummingsfirstname.lastname@example.org. Essential Social Services are continuing: gift card/vouchers (Food/Pharmacy, etc.), Meals-on-wheels (staff delivery), intake, momecare. Access to the Cummings Centre 5700 Westbury is limited to staff and those requiring onsite social services. The Centre will be closing at 18h00 daily.
