Details on the service offer
Vaccination Covid-19: The centre offers information and support to seniors who want to book an appointment for vaccination and provides transportation on request in the form of cab tickets. A telephone reassurance service is available on the day of the vaccination and the following day. A vaccination information line is available (514 734-1411 #). The service can be offered in French, English, Russian, Yiddish and Hebrew. 04/03/2021 *** COVID-19: Essential social services are continuing: Meals on wheels (staff delivery), intake, home care, assisted transportation with accompaniment. Access to the centre is limited to staff only. In-person services and cafeteria services are currently not available. Please contact intake at 514 343-3514. Monday to Thursday 9h00 to 17h00, Friday 9h00 to 15h00, meals on wheels delivery: Wednesday 9h00 to 11h00
Fees
membership: $45 per year, meals on wheels: main course $8.50 to $10, soup $5.50, dessert $5, services and activities: variable
