office: Monday to Friday 9h30 to 16h30, community meals: Tuesday 14h00 to 18h45, Wednesday and Thursday 11h30 to 14h30, food assistance: Tuesday 14h00 to 19h00, Wednesday 10h00 to 18h00

community meal: Contribution on a sliding scale from $2 to 12, emergency food services: contribution on a sliding scale from $5 to 10
