Services

Support for men and fathers with issues relating to their interpersonal relations, to a period of loss or separation, or to a dynamic of domestic violence.

* Exploratory meetings: welcoming by the organization, exploration of needs and difficulties, action plan and referral and establishment of a trajectory.

* Je me reconstruis: domestic violence prevention program, anger and stress management workshops.

* Je me donne la chance: support and prevention program for men in crisis situations.

* Pour moi: self-esteem building and maintenance program.

* Temporary housing for vulnerable fathers and their children at Maison Oxygène Outaouais.

* Pour moi et mes enfants: program to develop parenting skills and improve the father-child relationship.

* Self-help and support group for male survivors of childhood sexual abuse.

* Group for men experiencing a break-up.

* Telephone support and occasional meetings for various needs.

* Food assistance.

* Information, referral and accompaniment.

* Father-child activities.

Schedule

office: Monday to Thursday 8h00 to 20h00, Friday 8h00 to 16h00

Fees

member card: $10 per year, possibility of signing a social engagement (equivalent to a free membership card)
