Personalized support for families.Material assistance* Food bank: food assistance baskets worth $450.* Clothing bank: second hand clothes for all.* Free quarterly distribution of clothing, shoes and coats.* Donations of dishes, mattresses and furniture.* School supplies.* Christmas baskets and gifts for members.Immigration* Welcoming and needs assessment.* Guidance, advice and information on community resources.* Accompaniment for a period of 4 years to facilitate integration in the form of group workshops or individual interventions.* Integration activities: sugar shack, Quebec's national holiday, etc.Families* Workshops for parents: bullying and cyberbullying prevention, workshops on the functioning of the school system, etc.* Homework assistance.* Interventions and preventions.* Day camps and spring break camp.* Conferences.

Details on the service offer

Christmas Baskets 2025: Distribution of baskets and gifts. Service open to all families in Montreal. Free of charge. Registration takes place from November 25 to December 10 and is done on site. Distribution of baskets December 12 from 12h00 to 17h00. 11/06/2025 Holiday hours: Closed from December 23 to January 2. However, emergency assistance will be available at 438 875-6014. 11/06/2025

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11h00 to 16h00, food baskets: Thursday, except the last of the month

Fees

annual membership: $20 per family, food assistance: $28 per month, camps: $80 per youth, furniture donations: contribution to fuel costs
