Association of First Nations and communities, whose common purpose is to achieve full jurisdiction over their education.
* Special education program to support First Nations students with special needs.
* New paths for education: funding for initiatives that help strengthen Aboriginal education and improve the quality of instruction in schools managed by First Nations.
* New paths for education - ITC: promote and develop the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in schools.
* Education partnerships program: support for First Nations students who transition from the First Nations education system to the provincial system, or vice versa.
* Diversification of secondary school learning paths: funding for work-oriented training programs.
* Skills link program: provides 18 to 30-year-olds with the opportunity to acquire practical work experience specifically in the field of ICT.
* Student Summer Employment program.
