* 3½ apartments with 24/7 surveillance.

* Service package: lunches provided during working days, janitorial services, community support.

* Social and recreational activities: bingo, gymnastics, painting, etc.

* Cafeteria open to seniors in Rosemont.

* Social worker services available to seniors in Rosemont.

Eligibility

non-subsidized housing: seniors 60 years and over, autonomous or with slight loss of autonomy, subsidized housing: seniors 65 years and over, autonomous or with slight loss of autonomy and have lived in Rosemont for at least 12 of the last 24 months, social worker services and cafeteria: people 60 years old and over

Monday to Friday 9h00 to 16h00, activities: variable

Fees

subsidized units: 25% of income, rent for other units: $763 plus $334 for mandatory service package (total of $1097 per month), full cafeteria meal: approx. 15$ for non-members
