Services

On-site or in-home legal services and referral to lawyers for low-cost legal services.

* Accompaniment, information and personalized legal guidance.

* Mediation and dispute resolution services.

* Drafting of formal notices and complaints to the appropriate authorities.

* Preparation of files for Small Claims Court.

* JAIDE program: duty counsel service for representation before the courts in health law matters (custody orders, care orders, etc.).

* Housing law.

* Family law.

* Elder law (fraud and abuse).

* Civil law, contract law and latent defects.

* Labor law (CNESST, labor standards, etc.).

* Administrative law (SAAQ, etc.).

* Criminal and penal law.

* Inheritance law.

* Health law (mandate of protection, power of attorney, institutional custody and care orders).
