Analysis of illiteracy issues and the solutions for eliminating it.

• The Gift of Reading: program targeting underprivileged children 0 to 12 years from across Québec, aimed at preventing reading and writing difficulties that can lead to dropping out of school and then illiteracy.
• Info-Alpha line and Adult Learnline: referral and support phone lines encouraging continuous training program and lifelong learning.
