Services

Subsidized transitional housing, with follow-up and support for up to 3 years.

* Assessment, orientation and referrals.

* Intervention plan, coaching and adapted psychosocial follow-up.

* Approach based on feminism and empowerment.

Eligibility

singles autonomous women aged between 18 and 52 years old, in difficulty, on a low income, homeless or at risk of homelessness, struggling with complex, often interrelated problems that have recurring impacts on many aspects of their lives (economic insecurity, addictions, mental health issues, violence, relationship or family problems)

Schedule

7 days, counsellor's schedule: Monday to Sunday 8h30 to 20h00

Application process

call to get on the waiting list, following procedures: telephone interview, in-person interview

Documents required

application form for low-cost housing from OMHM (COOP/OBNL), last year's provincial notice of assessment, photo ID, proof of address for the last 12 months, proof of income for the last 3 months, citizenship certificate for foreign-born applicants
