* Intergenerational pairing and correspondance with children in collaboration with Maison des enfants Le Dauphin.

* Participation in cultural events and in activities in primary and secondary schools.

* Knitting club.

* Un coup d'coeur pour toi: making of bags and comforters for Centre Jeunesse de Laval.

* Pairing of seniors with students from Montmorency College and the Centre culturel québéco-syrien seeking to prevent seniors' isolation and extend the participants' learning of French.
