Services

Guidance and specialized services for people in a situation of vulnerability or loss of autonomy.

* MAUVment: guidance and support in finding a living environment, conferences.

* noMad: advice and support for incontinence and hygiene products and delivery anywhere in Québec.

* L'heure Dorée: podcast offering a forum for seniors, caregivers and workers.

* MAUV-it: physical training, certified yoga program, physical warm-up and stretching program.
