Eligibility

anyone paying into or receiving a pension from Canada's Public Service, the RCMP or the Canadian Armed Forces, federally appointed judges, honourably discharged non-pensioned veterans, anyone receiving a survivor benefit from the pensions mentioned above is also eligible.
