Promotion and representation of the interests of Indigenous, Métis and Inuit people living off-reserve in the province of Québec.
* Social and community intervention service: referrals to resources appropriate to the situation.
* Genealogical analysis service.
* Information and administration of government programs and services for Aboriginal people living off-reserve.
* Bursary programs for aboriginal students.
* Aboriginal paralegal services: legal information, accompaniment, etc.
* Partnership with Habitation Métis du Nord: help in finding subsidized housing.
* Partnership with the Société de crédit commercials autochone (SOCCA): support and financial assistance for economic projects.
* Raising awareness among Quebecers and Canadians about the realities of Aboriginal people living off-reserve, their history, achievements and contributions to Canadian society.
* Cultural activities: powwows, June 21st Aboriginal Day event, etc.
* Negotiation of agreements with the various levels of government and any municipal or local authorities aimed at improving the political, economic, social and cultural conditions of Aboriginal people living off-reserve.
* Working with national and regional Aboriginal organizations to facilitate the exercise of the rights of Aboriginal people living off-reserve.

Fees
membership: $49 (includes the first year's contribution), yearly contributions: $25 per year, $15 for people 65 years old and older, genealogical analysis service: $175
