Promotion and representation of the interests of Indigenous, Métis and Inuit people, with or without a status, living off-reserve in the province of Québec.

• Social and community intervention service: referrals to resources appropriate to the situation.
• Genealogical analysis service.
• Information and administration of government programs and services for Aboriginal people living off-reserve.
• Bursary programs for aboriginal students.
• Aboriginal paralegal services: legal information, accompaniment, etc.
• Partnership with Habitation Métis du Nord and Waskahegen Corporation: help in finding subsidized housing.
• Partnership with the Société de crédit commercials autochone (SOCCA): support and financial assistance for economic projects.
• Raising awareness among Quebecers and Canadians about the realities of Aboriginal people living off-reserve, their history, achievements and contributions to Canadian society.
• Cultural activities: powwows, June 21st Aboriginal Day event, etc.
• Negotiation of agreements with the various levels of government and any municipal or local authorities aimed at improving the political, economic, social and cultural conditions of Aboriginal people living off-reserve.
• Working with national and regional Aboriginal organizations to facilitate the exercise of the rights of Aboriginal people living off-reserve.
