Subsidized social housing with one-on-one follow-up for an indefinite amount of time.

* Community intervention.

* Psychosocial support and follow-up in personal process.

* Proximity health care.

Eligibility

men 18 years old and over who are experiencing homelessness and are on a low income

Schedule

24 hours / 7 days, administration: Monday to Friday 9h00 to 17h00

Fees

a minimum of 25% of their monthly income and an additional $115 per month (meals not included)

notice of assessment, income tax return, authorization for release of personal information form, latest social assistance statement, provincial statement 2, 4 or 5
