Services

Shelter and service centre for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.* Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks.* Laundry room and clothes distribution.* Showers.* Distribution of menstrual hygiene products.* Telephone.* Computers and Wifi access.* Listening, evaluation, referral, guidance and accompaniment.* Medical, psychosocial and legal punctual services on site.* Possibility of compensatory and community work.* Support in obtaining the health insurance card for people experiencing homelessness who attend the agency and whose identity can be confirmed by the agency.* Distribution of new injection equipment to drug users (free service).* Naloxone kit distribution.

Eligibility

people of 18 and over of all genders, experiencing or at risk of homelessness, with or without pets, couples, Indigenous and non-Indigenous individuals, priority is given to Indigenous community members.

24 hours / 7 days, closed on Tuesdays from 10h00 to 17h00

arrive at the centre starting at 9h00 to access the day centre and request a bed, beds are assigned each day on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability, a maximum of two bags of personal belongings is permitted
