Services

Inpatient Rehabilitation Centre for 6 months.

* Programme for substance abuse.

* Post treatment follow-up.

* Social reintegration with accommodation: community housing available for program graduates.

* Accommodation recognized by correctional services for persons on remand, on parole or on probation.

Details on the service offer

Le programme n'admet pas les personnes ayant seulement consommé de l'alcool. Si elle a déjà consommé des SPA par le passé et qu'elle consomme juste de l'alcool maintenant (i.e. transfert de substances), elle est admissible au programme. Le programme accepte les personnes ayant une prescription de benzodiazépines.

Schedule

administration: Monday to Friday 9h00 to 16h00, residential centre: 24 hours / 7 days

free for men, $500 for women

Application process

by phone 514 935-3431 or email info_tstm@portage.ca, recommendations for admission to the program can be made by clients themselves, their families or guardians, by social service agencies, hospitals, resources community, backyard, schools and other treatment providers. On the other hand, the client's medical team must remain involved throughout the therapy, , for correctionnal services requests: people must have their sentence and complete one-sixth of their sentence to be accepted
