Support for future parents and families.

* Birth support, pediatric and family osteopathy.

* Workshops and conferences: babywearing, perinatal care, co-parenting, etc.

* Preschool and parent-child workshops.

* Musical, reading and writing workshops.

* Prenatal and postnatal yoga.

* Prenatal meetings.

* Prenatal classes.

* Drop-in center: 3-hour block.

* Support groups.

* Breastfeeding support with Nourri-Source.

* Training: CPR/AED.

* Les Relevailles service: home visits by a perinatal assistant.
