Self-help and popular education centre aimed at improving living conditions and empowering women in all their diversity.

* Mother-friend program: support and accompaniment at home by a care worker.

* Individual intervention.

* Psychosocial support for women dealing with pregnancy ambivalence.

* Respite for mothers.

* Parenting talks

* Workshops: sexuality, personal development, etc.

* Self-help groups.
