Promotion and rights advocacy for public transport users with functional limitations.

* Information and awareness.

* Accompaniment and individualized follow-up in the submission of complaints concerning the bus network, the metro network and the paratransit service.

* Collective rights advocacy: members committee, representation to decision-makers and consultation.

* Promotion of universal accessibility.
