Please note: The centre only offers accommodation in the event of a crisis. They do not have a crisis hotline. They can only talk to people on the phone for accommodation-related questions, for people already accommodated or former residents. For an accommodation referral, you MUST know ALL the information requested in the document attached to the form in FULL. The document is not to be completed in writing or returned by email. The information will be transmitted verbally during the referral call to the centre's counsellor. If the referral counsellor is not comfortable, the centre recommends calling 811 option 2, which will make the accommodation referral. No self-referral possible. 24/07/2024
