* Individual support, information and referral by phone or mail.

* Open self-help groups.

* Virtual and in-person individual meetings.

* Getting better my way: self-management support tool.

* Anxious parent-children workshops.

* Relief affaires: program offered to businesses and organization to support the creation of a healthy, balanced and safe work environment for mental health.

* Support to self-management workshops: depression, anxiety, bipolarity, work place and self-esteem.

* Web forum.

Covid-19: Open. Self-help groups and self-management workshops are offered virtually. Some services offered in person. 21/10/2021

people living with anxiety, depressive or bipolar disorders, their families and friends

Schedule

Monday to Friday 9h00 to 17h00

Fees

self-help groups: none, self-management workshops: approximately 500 or $600 depending on the workshop, $50 for social assistance recipients, $150 for other people on a low income
