* Individualized support service.* Virtual individual meetings.* Virtual self-management workshops on the theme of depression or anxiety for Cégep or university students.* Accredited training on self-management support to become a certified facilitator for our self-management workshops.* Getting better my way: self-management support tool.* Relief affaires: program offered to businesses and organization to support the creation of a healthy, balanced and safe work environment for mental health.

Monday to Friday 9h00 to 17h00

Fees

membership fee: $40 per year, individual counselling (a one-hour thematic meeting and a 30-minute telephone follow-up): $99
