- Redistribution of donations to member organizations.
- Projet Bail: an interest-free loan to cover a one-time rent debt, personalized budget counseling with ACEF Laval, and psychosocial support from ROIL to help ensure housing stability.
Eligibility
community organizations concerned by homelessness issues, Projet Bail: people with a one-time rent debt who have not received an eviction order from the Tribunal administratif du logement, who can demonstrate the ability to follow a tailored repayment plan, and who agree to financial monitoring by ACEF and psychosocial support from ROIL until the loan is repaid
