- First 21 days closed, then gradual discharge.
- Assessment, guidance and therapeutic support.
- Accommodation: single room and meals.
- Group activities and support groups (AA, NA, CA).
- Individual meetings with follow-up.
- Accommodation places reserved for people with prison conditions.
Le Delta social reintegration program
- Duration of 3 to 18 months.
- Flexible schedule of activities aimed at social reintegration.
- Group educational activities: learning to cook, manage and respect a budget, create a social network and participate in healthy activities, local resources, etc.
- Support in developing an intervention plan: volunteering, going back to school, training, re-entering the job market, finding accommodation, etc.* Individual meetings with weekly follow-up.
Eligibility
men 18 years old and over living with an addiction problem (alcohol, drugs) aiming for abstinence, Le Delta social reintegration program: people who have recently completed a drug treatment program lasting at least four months
