Services

Community centre for social and recreational activities.* Food Services: meals on wheels, emergency food assistance, on-site cafeteria, delivery of frozen meals.* Community centre: chair exercises, coffee chats, French conversation workshops, lectures, outings, bingo, yoga, etc.* Amperâge project: multilingual accompaniment for seniors, to avoid isolation and identify at-risk situations through phonecalls and at-home visits.* Zootherapy.* Medical accompaniment and transportation for occasional appointments.

people 50 years old and over

Schedule

Monday to Thursday 8h00 to 16h30, Friday 8h00 to 13h00, food assistance: Friday 2 times a month

Fees

annual membership: $20, meals on wheels: $8 per meal, Amperâge and food assistance: free, frozen meals: variable prices from $6.75 to $7.75, canteen on site: meals at $8, community centre and activities: free
