* Mandatee of the Équipe municipale mobile d'intervention sociale (ÉMMIS) program: a 24/7 non-emergency intervention team in the public space to resolve cohabitation issues, reduce the need for police intervention and strengthen the sense of security in the community. * Brigades de médiation sociale de quartier.

* Training program for merchants and institutions to improve understanding of the realities of homelessness.
- Second-line services at the BAnQ and Complexe Desjardins: personalized support and ongoing specialized intervention to assist vulnerable individuals.
* Participation in the Équipe métro d'intervention et de concertation (ÉMIC) program, in partnership with the SPVM and STM: psychosocial support for people experiencing homelessness in the Montréal metro. * Online job platform enabling a direct link between companies, rehabilitation programs and candidates looking for employment opportunities: www.destinationemploi.ca
