Services

Implement initiatives in sports, leisure and outdoor activities that promote a healthy, safe and harmonious environment.

* Accompany the various players in the sports, leisure and outdoor communities, at both elite and recreational levels.

* Listening, guidance and support for victims or witnesses of abuse or violence.

* Awareness and prevention workshops on various themes.

* Information and awareness-raising measures for the various stakeholders in sports, leisure and outdoor activities (athletes, participants, family and friends, parents, coaches, facilitators, guides, coordinators, stakeholders, administrators and officials).

* Advice, support and assistance in lodging a complaint.

people who have witnessed or been victim of violence, people who are dealing with a difficult or problematic situation in their environment (sports, leisure, or outdoor activities), athletes, participants, parents, relatives, coaches, facilitators, sports, leisure, outdoor organizations, officials and volunteers

Schedule

helpline: 24 hours / 7 days, MMS and online Chat: Monday through Friday 8h00 to 21h30, Saturday and Sunday 10h00 to 17h00
