* Physical and mental health nursing: wound care, urinary tract infections, sore throats and earaches, strep testing, chronic conditions, gastroenteritis, flu-like symptoms, etc.
- Sexual and reproductive health: pregnancy tests, contraception, emergency contraception, STI screening and treatment.
- Vaccination.
- Blood test.
- Psychosocial support.
- Public health harm reduction initiatives: distribution of safe-use supplies, education on safer use, distribution of naloxone, etc.
- Referral to other services within the network.
Eligibility
people 14 years and over who are homeless or experiencing housing instability and who have physical, mental, or substance use health issues
