Help with dental expenses.

* Services covered: preventive and diagnostic services (dental exams, x-rays, cleaning, fluoride application, sealant), basic services (dental restoration, endodontics, periodontal), major services (surgery, etc.), orthodontic services, anesthesia services, etc.

Eligibility

uninsured persons with adjusted family net income of less than $90,000 with canadian resident status and who completed their previous year's income tax return

Schedule

information by phone: Monday to Friday 8h30 to 16h30, service ATS: Monday to Friday 7h00 to 19h30

Fees

CDCP participation: free of charge, eligible oral care and services: variable according to income and CDCP rates
