Services

Help with dental expenses.

* Services covered: preventive and diagnostic services (dental exams, x-rays, cleaning, fluoride application, sealant), basic services (dental restoration, endodontics, periodontal), major services (surgery, etc.), orthodontic services, anesthesia services, etc.

Eligibility

uninsured people with a family income of less than $90,000 a year (children under 18 years old, people 65 years and over, adults with a valid certificate for the disability tax credit) who are Canadian residents for tax purposes and have filed an income tax return for the previous year

Schedule

information by phone: Monday to Friday 8h30 to 16h30, service ATS: Monday to Friday 7h00 to 19h30

Fees

CDCP participation: free of charge, eligible oral care and services: variable according to income and CDCP rates
