Eligibility
people 50 years old and over with mild loss of independence (physical or cognitive) who live at home or in private housing; oncology: people 18 years old and over
Details on the service offering
To be eligible, they must reside in their own home or in a private residence. Individuals residing in or visiting a public institution (hospital, rehabilitation center, or private CHSLD under agreement) are not eligible, as they already receive services from these institutions. 02/25/2025. Individuals with cognitive impairment must have their own caregiver.
