Services

Volunteer accompaniment and transportation service.

* Accompaniment to medical appointments.

* Accompaniment for grocery shopping.

* Accompaniment for compassionate visits.

Details on the service offer

To be eligible, people must be aged 50 and over, or 18 and over for oncology support. They must live at home or in a private residence; people living in or visiting a public institution, hospital, rehabilitation centre or private CHSLD under agreement are not eligible as they are already receiving services from these establishments. People in wheelchairs cannot access the service. People with cognitive impairment must have their own attendant. 25/02/2025

Monday to Thursday 8h30 to 12h00 and 13h00 to 16h30, Friday 8h30 to 12h00 and 13h00 to 15h00
