Services

Assistance and accompaniment for people who wish to file a complaint regarding services that they have had or should have received in the health and social services network.

* Public establishments: CLSC, hospitals, residential and extended care centres, youth centres, rehabilitation centres.

* Intermediate resources: chartered or self-financed private residences, family resources.

* Community organizations in the health and social services sector, or operating a function or activities for the ASSS: pre-hospital emergency services, ambulance services.

* Information and assistance to tenants of private residences for seniors (RPA) to formulate a complaint and accompaniment in the complaint process.
